An urgent appeal to our Baloch brothers: Saeed Ahmed Memon, from an educated Sindhi nationalist family, went to Balochistan with his son & friend and was taken by Baloch resistance groups. Sindh & Balochistan share deep historic bonds. Please release them immediately.

A certain passage has completely consumed my thoughts tonight. How can the deepest, unspoken thoughts of our past be so perfectly written on these pages today?
12:55 AM. Sitting outside on a hot Sukkur night, reading the book The Art of Letting Go. It’s crazy how it echoes my past.
This hit hard:
"The pain of letting go is temporary, but the pain of holding on to a dead connection is permanent." 🖤 #LateNightThoughts
Some insights taken from the book "The Art of Letting Go"
"It is exhausting to hold onto something that wants to slip away. The pain of letting go is temporary, but the pain of holding on to a dead connection is permanent.
Impressed by Junior ZAB’s hard work on HIV awareness in Sindh, but equally worried about the rising crisis. A serious question to the NGOs active in Sindh for decades: why have you closed your eyes to this critical issue?

Sindh Government is instead of fixing medical malpractice which is killing our children and our youth - putting FIR’s on journalists exposing the fact that children (who’s parents are not HIV positive) are suddenly popping up with HIV and dying.
This is not a political point scoring mission - these are the lives of our children.
Take immediate action. Arrest the threats. Stop this cancer before it destroys what’s left of Sindh’s soul. Minorities have every right to live in peace in their own province. No more tolerance for intolerance. Act now or history will judge you harshly.

Eid Ul Adha Mubarak to all Muslims and especially my brethren in Pakistan. May Allah SWT accept your sacrifice.
Today I cannot help but think of the many children in hospitals in Khairpur and larkana who are HIV positive. Remember them in your prayers.
I think of the patients in Punjab who under draconian laws are being isolated unnecessarily. Keep them in your prayers.
A kind word, a warm embrace and sharing a meal are all part of Eid. Do not exclude HIV positive people from this process. HIV cannot be spread through touch, spit or even open wounds.
May Allah bless you all and keep you safe.
