@useblacksmith is a breakout company. thrilled to lead their series C

[Blacksmith @useblacksmith]

@sequoia is leading our Series C at a $1B valuation.

Since January, we’ve gone from running 5M CI jobs a week to over 90M. Agents are writing an order of magnitude more code, and all of it still needs to be built and tested before it ships.

We started Blacksmith in 2024 to make CI faster and less painful. In January we ran 5 million CI jobs a week. Today it's over 90 million and growing, and we’re still early.

a few years ago david told me one of his favorite companies was a battery company in west virginia. not something you hear everyday!

the rate of progress @FormEnergyInc has been incredible. a decade in the making but just getting started.

[David Cahn @DavidCahn6]

Rebuilding the American grid is a prerequisite for AI to achieve its full potential.

@FormEnergyInc spent nearly a decade building a fundamentally new battery technology and a US manufacturing base to produce it.

@sequoia is investing $100M.

I first met @mateojaramill in spring 2020. He shared an ambitious idea: build a new battery technology that could store energy for days, not hours, using two of the cheapest and most abundant inputs imaginable – iron and air.

Since then, Form has proved that its batteries can compete with gas and can scale, winning its first big hyperscale contract earlier this year.

We believe Form Energy can become America’s battery champion.
