@bookingcom The place my friend reserved is a dump w\ a broken bed & mold everywhere. For 500GB spent you are trying to give 29.5GB credit because THE PROPERTY ISN’T REPLYING TO YOUR CALLS AND EMAILS. How is this not a scam? Why aren’t travelers protected?🤯
