@bucksmatness @BuckeyeLandon Without cannon you’re left with…. Stieber Jaggers and Mendez as guys to train with? Not sure Cannon’s injury is an excuse to not AA when you were an AA coming in. Maybe the weight was too much of a struggle for him but the training situation certainly shouldn’t be.

@bmanthirteen @SethVosters I think that’s what we see happen. It’s weighing the risk/reward of earning a better seed at B1Gs vs getting healthy. Think he would be like a 7-10 seed if he MFFs B1Gs so would rather be a healthy 7-10 seed vs a hobbled 1 or 2 seed (no guarantee there either)

@MirOnTheWall @MrPatMineo In what way does this help their B1G seeds? Cannon literally had surgery a few weeks ago and Kharchla/Bouzakis seeds won’t change with a loss vs no match. The duck thing doesn’t even remotely apply here.

@dbeshada1 @burgundymma @KozakJon @MatScouts1 I understand your sentiment here, but the NCAA isn’t supposed to use results from Freestyle and GR for the collegiate season (and rightfully so). There’s a correlation between the styles sure, but at the end of the day they are different rule sets and that matters
