@MariaFung1@jet2tweets Jet2 are good at stealing people's money. We paid for earlier flights but then changed it to the much later and inconvenient flights and refused to give us the money back that we paid for the earlier flights...apparently 10.5 hours is not a significant change
@jet2tweets Already done so and you refused the refund. Have made a formal complaint and we are looking at totally cancelling the holiday as we hate thieves and poor customer service
@jet2tweets you have changed our flights to a really unsuitable time. We paid extra for earlier flights and also booked an airport hotel and now you change it without so much as a refund for the extra we paid or consideration for your customers.

From a 6am flight to a 4.30pm flight outbound and an afternoon flight to a late evening flight returning. Meaning extra to be paid for a late checkout at the hotel. All because you are now flying from Gatwick, even though the Gatwick flights are the same time
@JustEatUK have decided that despite the fact that I received someone else's order, that I am not entitled to a refund. Even though the food that was incorrectly delivered was food I couldn't eat due to allergies. And to top it off as I had someone else's order they have breached
Data Protection as the customer whose order it was, their number is on the receipt and therefore whoever has my order now has my mobile number. They are ignoring this and cannot give me a valid reason for not refunding me and not taken the data breach seriously
@boohooinsights be careful everyone, not sure this is a genuine account. They wanted me to fill in a form with all my card details, if it was genuine they would already have these details
