Maduro just gave orders to build two new jails to incarcerate protesters taken the last three days. NGO @ForoPenal has confirmed 711 detentions until today, with 74 detainees being underage. Venezuelan prisons had a 164.19% overcrowding in 2022, where inmates can't even be fed.
