@Butlins We saved up for a family holiday. This is what we got.
Rats on our decking (we have photos). Chalet so dirty we had to clean it ourselves. 1hr+ just to get into a live chat queue with guest services.

@Jax87539443 We stayed in nyc in march. Honestly couldn't not reccomend the riu plaza times square enough! Did a package through British airways and it was fantastic!
Tip tip - by the red steps, there is a heavily reduced theatre tickets stand on the day! Get there an hour and half before...

@PostOffice getting fed up, I've been to the woodhill way post office in felpham recently on 3 occasions and every time I've been it's been shut! No signs outside or anything. Getting ridiculous!!
