To find a hidden tumour, they inject you with radioactive sugar and photograph where it goes.
It works, reliably, because the cancer drinks that glucose so greedily it flares up on the scan like a bonfire while the healthy tissue around it sits dark. The entire technology rests on one fact nobody says out loud in the room: the tumour runs on sugar, and it will outbid the rest of your body for every last gram of it.
We have known about this appetite for the better part of a century. We built a vast imaging industry on the back of it. We use it today, in every major hospital, to hunt the disease down.
Then, having located the cancer by following the sugar, they bring round the lunch trolley. White toast. Tinned fruit in syrup. A carton of juice, a biscuit, and a leaflet recommending plenty of wholesome carbohydrates to keep your strength up.
We spend a fortune using sugar to find the thing.
Then we sit the patient down and feed it.
Read that twice.
@Jcbabs88 BAM has completed ritual suicide with the video responses a few days ago. Now it's time to get the criminal investigation going into both AFPD and BAM.
🇩🇰 Copenhagen's Green-led council is limiting elderly care residents to 80 grams of beef per week for climate reasons.
That works out to 11.4 grams a day, which is less meat than most people put in a single taco.
A Green party rep explained the logic: the elderly "have been the biggest climate sinners throughout their lives."
So the plan is apparently to make them atone for it in their final years, one thimble of mince at a time.
Critics, including opposition parties and elderly advocates, say the policy risks undernutrition in a population already vulnerable to it.
The council says it's flexible, but the elderly eating climate penance for dinner might disagree.

I just called my dad (at the hospital). He told me that the attending physician stopped by his room (rounding) and he told her he needed to patch me in by phone as I am his POA/proxy. This doctor assertively told him not to do that. And so she successfully excluded me, his advocate, from a conversation about his medical care. My dad does not have dementia but he is exhausted, has age-related and post-op cognitive changes, and cannot accurately report his own symptoms/history. So the doctor did what was easiest for her instead of what’s best for him. The system is genuinely sickening and the evil is truly banal.

Eran cubanos. Entrenados, infiltrados, obedientes a La Habana.
Sentiments of Venezuelans
I’m going to say this once, and I don’t care if it makes people uncomfortable.
If you have never lived in Venezuela
If you did not grow up there
If you did not watch your country collapse in real time
If you did not stand in food lines
If you did not watch your parents lose everything they built
If you did not have to leave your home with nothing
Then shut the fuck up.
You do not have an opinion.
Your opinion does not matter.
And you don’t get to lecture anyone about what’s happening there.
I’m Venezuelan.
I lived there most of my life until my early twenties.
I watched my country go from a functioning democracy to full blown socialism right in front of my eyes.
This is not politics to me.
This is trauma.
Before socialism, Venezuela was not perfect, but it worked.
There was trade.
There was money coming in.
There was investment from the US.
There were jobs.
There was food.
There was medicine.
My family had five businesses.
We had our home
We had investments.
We had a future.
Then the government started nationalizing everything.
Private companies were taken.
Foreign investors were pushed out.
Imports were blocked.
Price controls destroyed production.
Corruption exploded.
And everything died.
Not slowly.
Violently.
People didn’t suddenly become poor because of “capitalism” or “the US” or whatever bullshit slogan people like to repeat online.
They became poor because socialism destroyed incentives, destroyed production, destroyed trust, and destroyed hope.
People today in Venezuela are not debating ideology.
They are trying to survive.
They are trying to find food.
Trying to find medication.
Trying to keep their families alive.
So when I see people in the West posting from comfortable homes, full fridges, stable currencies, and safe streets talking about “imperialism” or “US bad” or “Trump this or that”
No.
It’s not complicated.
You’re just ignorant.
China is not rebuilding Venezuela.
Russia is not rebuilding Venezuela.
Cartels are not rebuilding Venezuela.
They are stealing.
They are extracting.
They are draining what’s left.
If the US comes in and reinvests
If refineries get rebuilt
If infrastructure gets restored
If imports open back up
If food, water, and medicine become accessible again
If people can work and earn with dignity
Then yes.
Let them take all the oil they want.
Because at least something gets built instead of destroyed.
This is something to celebrate.
Not because it’s perfect.
But because for the first time in a long time, there is hope.
Hope that families can eat.
Hope that people don’t have to flee their country.
Hope that Venezuela can function again.
If you’ve never lived through a country collapsing
If you’ve never watched socialism destroy everything around you
If you’ve never had to leave your home because staying meant starvation
Then again
Shut the fuck up.
This isn’t theory.
This isn’t politics.
This is lived experience.

4 days out from my life-changing surgery, @Aetna has denied the appeal for my brain surgery.
to be clear, when i signed up to aetna months ago, the coordinator had confirmed they would cover this surgery. then, a week ago, they said the surgery was too experimental/elective and denied coverage. we appealed. that appeal was just denied today.
now, my neurosurgeon is trying to do a peer-to-peer consult with someone at aetna to explain why i need it so we don’t lose the surgery date on monday morning. aetna is not being responsive.
this is sadistic and a violation of basic trust. please spread this so they can’t ignore it. they may not care if i live or die but people should know just what kind of company they’re dealing with. and please pray they are able to have a peer-to-peer consult with my neurosurgeon and have a change of heart.

This is John….
He didn’t think anyone would see this… He was too afraid to speak up.
He believes in what Charlie Kirk believed…. and in his death, Charlie gave him courage to do make this video.
Everyone do me a favor and say hi John. Maybe he will see it.
Erika was right… they have no idea what they just did.
Charlie Kirk changed my life.
I attended Turning Point USA's Young Black Leadership Summit in October 2018. I was 14 at the time but Charlie told me it didn't matter how young I was, I could fight alongside him in this movement.
From then on, I attended every Turning Point Conference every year. From 2018 to 2025.
I grew up in this movement. I became the person I am today because of the inspiration from Charlie Kirk and his organization.
I will never be the same without him, and this country will never be the same either.
He was a husband, a father, a man of God, and a visionary for our nation.
Reminder that I’d was @Sony that stated the director and editors couldnt see the CUT OF THE FILM @blakelively made.
This is using your weight in Hollywood to take over a movie
Can’t silence people with a subpoena? Start removing the audio from their videos.
These videos ONLY HAD MY VOICE. The Justin PR one was talking about how she would continue to pull “me too”, “misogyny”, “DARVO”… which she ended up doing.
