Every time I order something from @amazonIN nowadays, experiencing poor delivery service. The customer care people also do not have any clue about what's going on at the delivery end. The delivery agents upon calling are cutting the calls immediately. Hugely disappointed.

Frustrating exp with @AirIndiaX via @goibibo My BLR–DEL flight on 20 Sept was silently rescheduled 3 times,with the last update coming as wp msg. In the latest rescheduling via @airindia,@AirIndiaX didn't convey my student 25kg baggage allowance to @airindia,leaving me with 15kg
