I ordered a mobile T4x on 24th June, when I checked the parcel, it feels very light then I started recording , when I opened the parcel, seal of the box was broken nd there is no mobile inside the box ,

Someone hacked my phone nd get access to my zomato account,after that he added a fund of 50000 from my credit card.Nd then after he changed the mobile no. Nd Email,So I loose the access of my account, I have also raised a complaint in Cyber crime.

they first put it in dispute and then contacted the merchant, they were told about my second order, not the first one in which the money was deducted.

Sir, I ordered a mobile worth Rs. 16276 on 19-10-2024, in which the money for the first order was deducted but the order was declined, then I placed a second order, when I complained about it to the bank......1
