49 years old male presented to emergency room with dizziness, multiple episodes of vomitting following consumption of wild honey. Examinations revealed bp of 60/40 mmHg and pulse rate of 41 bpm.
He was successfully managed with intravenous fluid and atropine.

Incidental ecg finding suggestive of brugada syndrome encountered at emergency duty few days ago. Patient has been counselled for cardiology consultation. Thanks @sgnhcNepal team for proper guidance via viber group. It has been helpful for managing cardiac cases at rural setup.
