Alpha is stability/socialization, a correlate of functioning well socially. Beta is plasticity, and it indexes a propensity for knowledge acquisition.

Finally: Extraversion and Openness

More intelligent people are not more extraverted, but they are more active and show managerial potential

They are much more open, and that's very broad, with exceptions being variety seeking, emotional openness, aesthetics, and resourcefulness

Next up: Agreeableness and Conscientiousness.

More intelligence people are not more agreeable, but they are more interpersonally sensitive and compassion, and less modest.

They're not more conscientious, but they are more industrious, orderly, dependable, and independent-minded
