@nationalexpress I have done online booking from Glasgow to London and I am travelling with 2.5 year kid. Irony is, every passenger occupied single seat in each row. Why don't you have any policy to allocate some fix seat to traveller with kids at least !

Driver said that first come first serve. Crazy people to on board were so much in rush and to avoid any accident, I stayed back with my 2.5 year old kid. This is not at all good experience
