I am supremely happy that Elon - the richest person in the world by a wide margin, and one of the greatest industrialist ever - is openly calling for the US Federal government to implement Universal Income.

I don't think people realize how big of a deal this is.

As a software engineer, it's clear AI will be reshaping the employment landscape. I think this would be the best case scenario for providing a safety net for mass unemployment

Universal HIGH INCOME via checks issued by the Federal government is the best way to deal with unemployment caused by AI.

AI/robotics will produce goods & services far in excess of the increase in the money supply, so there will not be inflation.

Thinking more about it, how is having the transfer bad at all for Tesla and why get rid of it for HW3?
- Get margin on new car sale
- Remove a copy of FSD from a HW3 vehicle (saves money on HW upgrade if deemed necessary and saves money on Unsupervised liability bc HW3 will have inferior performance than HW4)
- Make long term supporters/repeat customers happy (good word of mouth)
- Owners will likely add vehicle to Network occasionally and @Tesla takes a cut
- might get a trade in which makes Tesla money

HW4 is unsupervised in Austin. Leave the option open to upgrade to the tech that can definitely deliver the unsupervised promise @elonmusk made to FSD purchasers starting in 2016. What's the harm of continuing to do the generous thing for your most loyal supporters and believers?
