Pay hundreds a month for insurance and medicine is $150. Without insurance and some discount card it’s $80.
Doctors bill insurance $300 to confirm medicine refill over a 10 min teledoc call.
Are we at the point where we start over yet?
@UHC fix your call 2 factor auth. The codes are read way to fast who can memorize 6 digits in one second before the call hangs up and the sms is broken too!
Called and they said it’s an automatic process to mark items as picked up and that when they manually look later they will refund. This is literally insane and gaslighting customers. You need to rethink your process. I’m never using it again and will stick to HomeDepot.
@Lowes your online order system is ridiculous. I ordered at one location for pickup. One time was not in stock so the system changed that item to another location instead that isn’t close to me. Then I never picked it up and I just got an email that it was picked up.
