@sandipsabharwal Well it does. If your main priority is to reduce npa, then mobilizing deposits takes a back seat.
Just like the rest you too are problem oriented, rather than solution oriented.

@sandipsabharwal They're on a strike because unlike most of the employees, they have to work on alternate saturdays. They already work 8-11 hours a day. Most people are unaware of the ground reality. But I am not surprised with the lack of empathy in profit oriented corporate mindsets.

रोज देर रात तक RO में मीटिंग की जाती है और देर रात तक ब्रांच खुलवाई जाती है।
कल ऐसे ही ब्रांच से देर रात लौट रहे एक भाई का एक्सीडेंट हो गया।
