I no longer need to bank with someone who after KYC, confirms card will be sent, & later says application rejected without any reason, I am concerned about any dip in my credit score due to the same and your employee confirmed on a recorded line there will be no such impact.

Hi @IndiGo6E, opted air travel for the first time, ATQ to DEL. Booking confirmation states Check-in 15 KG Cabin 7 KG. Does this mean 15 KG Check in and an additional 7 KG cabin bag allowed?

Also, is self Check-in /baggage tag printing kiosk available at ATQ? Thanks.

@bsesdelhi my grandmother passed away last month, and on her Elec. bills we noticed someone had updated their mobile number instead of hers, a few months ago, a number which she never had. How to get this corrected to avoid any misuse?

@bsesdelhi Sure, CA Number- 102960360. This unknown mobile number was updated around Feb-Mar cycle this year, as prior to this, her own landline number used to be on the bills, and I had added the reminder of the same on Amazon, since she'd only get 0.00 bill every month.
