@IndianTechGuide Although the conditions of poor is better in TN, still that 10.83% comes form a lot of exploitation of cheap labour from UP, Bihar, Jharkhand and Chattisgarh. Each person in Restaurant, Hotel, Government Offices, Construction Site has contributed despite the casual racism.

Took a @HathwayBrdband connection in January 2025. The sales person asked for a security deposit for the router and I was informed it'll be refunded when I submit the router back.
When I cancelled the connection the company is refusing to refund me the security deposit.
