I'm calling for a public enquiry into private family court child arrangement orders where domestic abuse and coercive control have been raised but ignored due to counter allegations of the pseudo-science 'parental alienation'.

We need to understand why research on 'parental alienation' is being commissioned and used in CAFCASS training?

Why are social workers and Cafcass trained on the pseudo-science when the government doesn't recognise it in line with the United Nations' recommendations to menber states?

When will the government hold CAFCASS and CAFCASS Cymru to account?

Why have the Harm Panel Report (2020) recommendations been ignored?

Why is the Family Justice Council commissioning work streams in 'parental alienation'?

Research is clear on the harms of 'Parental Alienation' being used as counter allegations to coercive control and domestic abuse. It is a reason children are being given to rapists and paedophile fathers.
