If you have little kids, you don’t need a big house. They will be your little magnets - always 5 feet from you (unless you raise iPad kids). Bottom line don’t wait for a big house, or even a house, to have kids. We had 3 kids under 5 in a 2br apartment. It was no problem.
Simple method of estimating whether a man has actually lived through anything, sit with him in silence for longer than two minutes. the ones who have been through something settle into it like an old animal that knows the terrain by scent. the untested fidget and squirm and reach for something to fill the dead air, squalid little addicts of distraction whose entire inner life amounts to a scrolling feed of borrowed opinions. they have never once sat with the stench of their own unoccupied mind long enough to discover what's decomposing underneath
Under 23 a girl’s fastest path to marriage is physical attractiveness
Over 23, her fastest path to marriage is being a kind and appreciative person
I don't know even 1 man who broke up with a woman because she wasn't hot enough. Every breakup was due to her being unreasonable
I have to think that people posting these things just don’t understand the game here. The game is to acquire as much bitcoin as possible without risking the capital structure of the company. Everything is subordinate to that. $STRC dipping from par is a secondary concern.
Volatility tests every capital structure. Strategy remains focused on Bitcoin, disciplined capital allocation, credit quality, and long-term value creation. We appreciate our investors and will continue to execute with transparency and resolve. $MSTR
People should own real bitcoin.
Some types of entity can't, for them bitcoin proxies make sense.
I don't think MSTR is at any risk, they have 850K BTC & 1B+ of cash, and preferred have no rights.
Like in previous cycles, cheering for ppl to get rekt is just retarded.
unless they are shitcoiners 🤣
@CapitalSatoshi He does make some great points. And despite all of that says he's going to hold long term and he's probably selling the bottom. Typical bitcoiner, takes years of financial technical abuse yet still finds a way to justify sticking around. Honestly what are we doing here...
This is a common perspective but it’s completely wrong. Executives are not stupid. The overwhelming majority of the time their IQ is much higher than the technical staff member who thinks they are retarded. It only appears otherwise because technical staff can rarely separate technical competence from intelligence, something most executives are bad at.
But more often than not, this is an intentional choice by the executive. The best execs used to be engineers, and usually the best ones. And they eventually decided to delegate and outsource their thinking on the technical details precisely because it is so easy to hire an engineer who can do that stuff (technical competence is a dime a dozen), while it is an order of magnitude harder to hire someone with good business acumen.
They want you to “treat them like a child” because spending 4 hours walking through the technical details is a genuine waste of their time. They do not care about perfect technical aptitude, thats what they hires you for, they care about time efficiency and information compression. They need you to spend 100 hours digging through all the details and then give them the 5 minute high level summary and 3 options so they can do the thing they are 10,000x better than you at: make good, risk adjusted decisions, quickly.
Within 5 years 70-80% of young men will be Right Wing (all the hot women will follow them)
the "left" is the part of emasculation, shrieking childless women, and troons
No self respecting man with an ounce of testosterone will align himself with them
Democrats are cooked.
