@DonnaDlm71 Trouble is you end up in a position where every early release has to be examined in detail. Then you have appeals when early release is turned down. Then solicitors etc get involved and it turns into a £ fest….

Nothing. All I got was sorry. Months later still no refund. Customer service has gone in this country.
