It's been 38 days since I have applied for my newborn's passport via https://t.co/J8g7lyYBz8 with urgent fee, after all formalities, supposedly to be delivered in 15 days and till date no update whatsoever. No reply to emails or calls. To whom should an ordinary person ask?

@darazpk It's really pathetic experience to order through you as the most pathetic delivery system you're using. Since 11 I ordered and there is no update after 12th. Thing got delivered from US within this time and you can't do it in Pakistan.
