I filed a complaint on the CM Portal about an illegal pigeon cage issue. Instead of action, the DSP office keeps calling me daily with rude behavior and zero progress. Why not just visit the site, verify the cage, and act according to the law? @CMComplaintCell

Please focus on training DC office staff and police departments to handle complaints properly, read them carefully, and follow through. People appreciate initiatives, but real trust builds only when problems actually get solved.

Talk to CM is a new step and the idea is positive, but first the existing CM complaint portal needs fixing. It still has many gaps where complaints get stuck in routine forwarding instead of real action. @MaryamNSharif @GovtofPunjabPK @SaimaFarooq

My experience today: Called by DSP office for a pigeon cage complaint. Waited 3 hours. Officer didn't show up. Time was completely wasted.
@MaryamNSharif, I know you're trying to reform how police treat people. Please keep pushing because change is badly needed at the local level
