@UberEats When the screen holds on this for over five minutes and then kicks me out of the app you are costing me a lot of time. And time is money.

I am so tired of taking an @UberEats order and getting to the store and finding out that another driver took the order.

@Uber_Support I replied. Seems like you misread my original post.
As a driver I was trying to help by letting you know about an error in your system. Turns out there have been many more errors since. I feel like #ubereats doesn’t care about their drivers or their customers.

Spent over 45 minutes trying to talk to UberEats support to try to fix order for a diner. Spent over 45 minutes on the phone with @UberEats and disconnected twice and transferred 5 times. They cancelled the order and compensated me $5. I made less than $7/hr & diner gets no food.

@PapaJohns You’re killing me when I’m trying to deliver an order for you and one of your drivers took it to the wrong house. Now I’m losing time waiting for them to make it again.

@ubereats You need to do something when this screen is stuck for five minutes. It’s very annoying and worse, it’s costing us both money.

Maybe the answer would be to quit taking pictures. Seems to be that your app has trouble getting those and I lose time and money every time it does it.
Think you can fix that?

@UberEats you sent me to pick up an order that was already picked up by another driver. In fact I was the fourth driver to show up to pick up this order. Please quit wasting my time when I am trying to make money, both for me and you.

@UberEats I show up to pick up an order from a store and they tell me I am the fourth driver looking to deliver this order. Your app is wasting my time and costing my money instead of helping me make money.

@UberEats is offering me to make $8 an hour to drive my vehicle 8 miles one way. 🤔

Frustration is accepting a decent @UberEats order then drive a distance over the river to get to the store just to find it’s closed. Then they make you wait 20 minutes on the phone to cancel it and end up giving you $3 for the inconvenience. It was more inconvenient than that!

Delivering for UberEats tonight and pick up a double at WalMart. Deliver the first one and take a pic and the app crashes. Don’t know where to go for the second one. Called customer service talked to four people in the last one hung up on me. @UberEats @Uber_Support #ubereats

@UberEats orders from #walmart are ridiculously low.
