National Baseball Recruiting | @natlbbrecruit
Myth: good framing means pulling the pitch back into the zone.
Fact: if you yank it, the umpire sees the glove move. Beat the ball to the spot, catch it where it is and stick it.
Parents: your son can email a college coach at any age. The rules limit what coaches can send back, not what he sends.
D-I baseball coaches can start calls, texts and emails Aug. 1 before junior year.

@SBAlessons@ReilyM31@FitritionTeam@FitritionSPT Love seeing winter strength start now. Pair it with a protected rest day and real sleep, and players show up in spring stronger, not just tired
@ABCA1945 Great reminder. Getting there early and staying still lets the chest do the work. Freezing before the ball arrives beats lunging at it every time
@WhatMattersBSB That coaches look at a lot more than stats: grades, how a player treats teammates, and whether you've done your homework on their school. And JUCO is a real path, not a consolation prize.
5/ Protect the basics: a second sport or other activity, 8-10 hours of sleep, 1-2 rest days a week, and real food after practice.
