@ActusDei Why does one need a MFD / RIA to invest in Arbitrage funds?! All the information is available in public domain. Anyone can invest in this category of funds.
@NagpalManoj @_soniashenoy At age 40 ~1 lac per month, at age 60 ~4 lacs, presuming life span of 80 years, 10 Cr should suffice. Plus, one needs to think about how to 'spend those 20 years'. One can't just sit home idle and keep consuming. Idle brain is a devil's workshop.
@BaluGorade INFRA is an old one, been in existence for more than 2 decades, and gave top notch returns in the bull run of 2003-07 (though lagged for many years after that).
@TheTradingwolf0 Such data can ONLY be known in hindsight. EDELWEISS didn't exist 20 yrs back (it's erstwhile JP Morgan). SUNDARAM Mid cap was one of the top notch mid cap funds for many years.
