@TUIUK That’s not good enough. They made a decision at check in, NOT when boarding the plane. No where does it state I could not seat there. I sat in that seat on the way out. Please provide your complaint policy and how I can complain
@TUIUK And it was the exact same seat I flew out in… so how does that work. I’ve checked your website and CAA and no where does it say I couldn’t have the seat I paid for
@TUIUK We paid for extra leg room seats outbound and inbound. Outbound I was allowed to sit in the seat no problems at 17 weeks pregnant. On the return flight they allocated us different seats without informing us because I couldn’t sit in the emergency exit. No policy says I couldn’t
@marksandspencer I brought the Italian Four Cheese Stir In Pasta Sauce literally 40 mins ago in Bath. Just opened it to have for dinner and it’s mouldy!!!

@easyJet your customer service is a joke. Cancelled flights due to Covid. Rang your team who said get voucher we can put it against our other booking. This was lie... now got a voucher that I don’t want from being misinformed. ‘Make a complaint you will eventually get a response’
