More and more, I'm thinking that the whole notion of an Agile Transformation is doing damage. The point is to build better software by doing things differently—improving—not to transform to or adopt Agile, whatever that means. 1/3

The standard tragedy that we keep trying to deny (because it's hard to comply):

* Capacity-to-do is finite: we can only do so much
* Time is finite: it runs out
* Opportunity is time-sensitive, and consumes capacity
