@AveloAir Worst customer service I've encountered in 50 yrs of air travel. Canceled return flight, rescheduled to day earlier -- useless to me -- when I asked if it could be a day later, was told 3x the cost. "We can do whatever we want. It's in the fine print." Great motto.

@JetSettled @AveloAir Thank you for that Info. I've never had an airline change the DAY of my flight (to 24 hours earlier in this case). And when flights were canceled airlines have always worked with me to find an acceptable alternative. Maybe not the law but obviously a good business practice.
