@mr_priyanroy@PROP_FM_PROMOTE@fnfutures So explain why the accounts that are eligible for payout are not being moved to live? You've missed the whole point. fool.
Anyone who sees this i want you to understand i am not a cheater and have pure intentions. Clarity and honesty is what is most important between @fnfutures and Traders. I'm genuinly seeking them to change their FAQs as it is misleading.

Bear in mind their own FAQ says "Note: Transitions only happen at the end of an active payout cycle โ never mid-cycle." PLEASE KEEP THAT IN MIND
๐จ $9,900 PROFIT FORFEITED โ @fnfutures
A trader @initials0ut reportedly lost $9,900 in profits after a transition at @fnfutures.
But hereโs the part that needs answers:
Their own FAQ says transitions only happen at the end of an active payout cycle โ never mid-cycle.
The posted example says a trader selected during the 3rd cycle transitions after requesting their 3rd payout.
So the key question is simple:
Was this trader transitioned according to the firmโs published process?
$9,900 is not pocket change.

@sekyi_bright89@fnfutures READ! The issue is those accounts aren't being transitioned to live and profits have been forfeited which goes against their own FAQs again read to understand.
@Juice_wrld85@fnfutures The issue is not being moved to live, 3 of the accounts that should be moved to live aren't even being moved to live. READ!!!!!

@PropFirmsGuru@fnfutures $9.9K wiped out mid-cycle despite FAQ explicitly saying transitions never happen mid-cycle. Closing accounts to block pending payouts is unacceptable. Time to resolve this @fnfutures! ๐โณ
@propfirmeye@fnfutures Closing 3 profitable accounts mid-cycle and wiping $9.9K in earned rewards directly breaks your own policy. Traders deserve a clear explanation and their hard-earned funds released @Flynnn_FN@fnfutures!
@propfirmeye@fnfutures his doesn't look right @Flynnn_FN If he had 5 profitable accounts why close 3 of them right when he requested a payout and forfeit $9.9k Your own FAQ says actions are taken at the end of the cycle not mid cycle you need to check this case and explain clearly

Scam alert โ ๏ธ @fnfutures scam exposedโฌ๏ธ
A trader just forfeited $9,900 in profits from fnfutures.
The firm own FAQ says: Transitions only happen at the end of an active payout cycle never mid-cycle.
Keep that in mind.
The trader already had 15+ performance rewards.
These were new accounts.
After hitting buffer, the accounts showed $1,300 and $3,300 total across five accounts.
Then an automated transition kicked in: every payout request triggered a review.
The trader requested the reward from Account 1.
It moved to the payout section. The system automatically locked the other four accounts for review, so those rewards could not even be moved into payout or requested.
The firm then confirmed the trader would not be moved to live. The trader tried again with Account 2.
That reward moved to payout, and the system locked the remaining three accounts for review.
That is where the first problem starts.
Problem one: even if a trader is not moved to live, this system itself acts as a delay.
Once payout criteria are met, requesting from just one account automatically locks the rest for review.
That slows the ability to request a full group of payouts.
It got worse.
After the payout request from Account 2, the trader was told they would be moved to live.
That locked the remaining three accounts, then closed them, so those payouts could not be requested.
Big red flag.
The trader contacted the firm and pointed out that this directly contradicts the FAQ.
Three accounts were closed before those payouts could be requested.
That is a mid-cycle transition by definition.
The firm then confirmed the profits on those three accounts would be forfeited and the accounts closed.
Profits already earned.
No chance to request them before the live transition.
That is a double loss.
First, the profits are forfeited despite the FAQ saying transitions do not happen mid-cycle.
Second, those accounts cannot be moved to live because they show zero payouts, even though they were profitable and the trader should have been able to request those payouts.
Bottom line:
the trader loses both the profits and any chance to benefit from those accounts in the live environment.
This is one of the most misleading setups traders have seen.
A trader can meet the payout criteria, have profits ready, then get blocked mid-cycle, lose those profits, and lose any path to live.
That is not what the FAQ leads traders to expect.
The same issues are showing up from other traders in Discord. This trader is clearly not the only one.
fnfutures DO BETTER.
Hopefully this helps stop other traders from getting misled by the firmโs FAQs.

I hesitated to post this because honestly, I feared being blacklisted. But this is about principle. Going against your own FAQ destroys trust between firm and trader. Clarity isn't optional.
