Please check and help passengers reach their destination on time. People under you don’t seem to solve this issue. @PMOIndia

@RailwaySeva Had used rail madad app as well but did not hit the reasons for delay and only standard reply which to me seemed railway had no intention to solve the issue and they even acknowledged that delays happens and they can’t really do much. @AshwiniVaishnaw @PMOIndia @RailMinIndia

@makemytripcare I had received the refund details on May 21 and I was told that amount will be processed by May 28. However, it is still not processed and service team is not sharing transaction id which I had requested multiple times.

You guys just ruined the experience. I mean from the car quality to not able to cover sightseeing point to the behaviour of tour manager, all were just so bad I can’t even explain.

@makemytripcare The rest 2k voucher value according to me is zero (0), since it can’t be clubbed with other coupons.

@makemytripcare For the Atal tunnel excursion 40km to and from 4-5k was charged but for Manikaran point only 4K is being refunded. (Distance of Manikaran is more 170 km, roads are worst) you are only providing 4K (out of this 2k is on hold)..

@makemytripcare While booking the trip, cost is added on per person basis but while providing refunds, it is not provided per person basis.

2k vouchers is offered but not Acceptable

All I am asking is for the trip with such bad experience and not all points covered you to provide reasonable refund.

@makemytripcare Query is still not resolved.

The value offered by the company in the form of vouchers is unreasonably low and the voucher itself can’t be used with coupons. The usability of vouchers itself is questionable.

I have asked to provide the refund instead of vouchers.

@makemytripcare I am still waiting for proper resolution.

For the 40km to and from ride I was charged around 4500 rupees
But for the missing viewpoint which was 4 hours one side away I was given 2k. And with escalation 2k more was offered which is not satisfactory.
