This is completely unacceptable from a company such as @XfinitySupport @Xfinity.Is this how u value long term cxs? 2hrs on a call,talking to several people , all the agents are more focused on arguing than listening , transferring you around , no warm transfer & no resolution !

I’ve never encountered such poor customer service as from @XfinitySupport. They’ll transfer you between departments, promise a supervisor’s call back that never materializes, and when you ask to cancel your services, they send a retention agent from a store to handle it.

#RDC: 🚨🛑‼️ A #Fizi : combats signalés dans les hauts plateaux du Sud-Kivu

Des affrontements à l’arme lourde et légère sont rapportés ce vendredi dans plusieurs localités du territoire de Fizi, notamment dans les hauteurs d’Abwale, à Mbukuma.

Selon des sources locales, des tirs d’artillerie ont été entendus durant la matinée. Des combats opposeraient des combattants Wazalendo à des éléments de Twirwaneho et Red Tabara, dans un contexte d’offensive signalée sur les axes Lusuku, Abwale et Angalu.

La situation reste très volatile. Aucun bilan officiel des victimes ou des dégâts matériels n’a encore été communiqué.
