The water is 50-50 CAN-US owned. Meanwhile every part of the surrounding land with any shipping and distribution importance belongs to Canada. Ie 21/23 water locks. 🤣🤣

ALC likes to drop off “addiction prevention materials” - one stack of cards with a help number to call that disappear in a blink and never get restocked.

Also, every time I “upgrade” to a new network eg 5G - weak or no 5G that reverts to LTE is useless, like a call or text is not even possible. Likewise when I had LTE and 3G would be useless. Why??
