I continue to be concerned about the @SHRM pivot to #policynotpolitics (and their creation of that hashtag). I used to look to SHRM for best, evidence-based practices. I feel as though the new direction is more about checking the box on compliance.

It's becoming the norm to identify if AI is used in content creation. That's not going to last for long.

AI is going to become another tool in the creator's toolbox. We won't care if it gets used anymore than we care if Stephen King illuminates his own manuscripts, Banksy grinds pigment for their paints, or Beyonce lip-syncs at a live event.

Poor Milli Vanilli; they were ahead of their time.

I think we'll still value the human creativity behind the work. After all, AI just sits there and does nothing until the artist picks it up.

This allows me to use what is uniquely mine - my creativity, my insight, and my vision - more effectively.

I am human intelligence and artificial intelligence combined.

I am synthetic intelligence. This is the promise of generative AI, and where we are heading.
