After our last team meeting, we decided to relaunch the NexAI token under a new contract with fresh branding and new smart contract capabilities to integrate all future functions that our tech has developed.

What does this mean? And why are we relaunching?

We will relaunch under a new ticker, with a new smart contract, website, roadmap, and whitepaper. The new smart contract will be upgraded to improve gas optimization, prioritizing cost-efficient actions and avoiding expensive ones in terms of gas costs on EVM blockchains. Other functions will be added in a custom-made smart contract to ensure good functionality for every future development we are working on, like a buyback and burn mechanism.

We will also develop a GPU mining system where the system, created with Whisperbot alerts technology, will identify the best mining opportunities for a token and adapt in real-time according to the strategy.

Having a new brand name with a new ticker will give new investors a fresh start and avoid confusion, especially since two other projects launched after us with the same ticker as $NEX.

A new roadmap will be established with punctual deadlines and new utilities added on top of trading alerts. Also, a new tax split will be divided in a way that a percentage from taxes collected will be used in daily trading with our BTC/ETH alerts, and a part of the gains will be used for the buyback and burn mechanism.

Our alert bot will have more functions besides giving alerts, one of them being able to trade directly from the bot. Everything will be detailed in the new roadmap we will create.

We've taken a snapshot of all current holders of $NexAI exactly on Wednesday, April 10, 2024, at 16:42:33 PM UTC. We will be sending a 1:1 equivalent of the upgraded token to the original holders of $NexAI. Any tokens bought after this message has been made public will not be counted towards the upgraded contract. Selling your tokens after this will cause you to forfeit your new tokens.
