Watched the driver of this car open their door at a light to throw trash into the street; of course they owe over $5k for speeding and red light running
@mattadler81 Was really excited for this, but when I ate it at home I found out that there was no filling :( The tiny dollop on top was tasty, but wish there had been some inside
@dri_eats Had the same experience working on the truck! Everyone was happy to trade for cookies. I remember bringing home enough tacos/bowls/pizza to feed me through the weekend
Success! Many thanks to MVPs @wmata and @bikeshare for making the adventure possible! I had a great time traveling all over the region, visiting new spots and old favorites
@DanRiffle Congrats! I had to bail on my attempt at the 4 state challenge after 38 miles in Harpers Ferry to preserve the function of my knees. Would like to try again someday
@TweetsWithTim@andrewdefrank Good point, I was stuck there a couple of weeks ago. The stoplight at 2nd and FL needs to be retimed; it turns red when the light at NY is green
Vote for @ankitjaindc (Ankit Jain) for D.C. Shadow Senator. Please retweet so other D.C. voters know who to vote for in this puzzling office.
I think he's crazy for running for this seat. But he is smart and committed to statehood and has integrity. Perhaps he can start a trend.

CMs and environmental advocates are working to reverse them, but that will require finding millions in a tight budget year. Can they do it?

The city tore out our daffodils, tulips, and irises to widen the paved alleyway by a foot. Now we know not to spent time and money trying to beautify our adjacent public space
Traffic deaths have gone up 93% in 5 years in DC. That incl. on CT Ave.
Kershbaum called it “nuance.” I call it cowardice. A total lack of vision & leadership at the very top: @MayorBowser.
Watch starting at :40. https://t.co/nPCprZflb6
the dc council has got to start getting some damn teeth on stuff like this and *forcing* changes instead of letting the mayor and ddot slow walk and eventually kill every change that the suburban maryland constituencies they serve instead of dc residents don’t like
