We don’t have an issue with too little housing, just builders and landlords who rather have empty homes, then lower cost homes. This is the basic business model that benefits the wealthy in closing the doors to affordability.

Not the Ministry - they never do (and it’s always an afterthought, I guess it will have to be the teachers between writing health & safety and incident reports bc your ministry has underfunded consistently mental health nurses, CYW, SW, ABA, etc
