@TexasTSLA @Tesla_AI Fsd 14 lite was reversing from my son’s parking space and immediately turned directly into a metal pole it did not see. As many others are reporting. It was so fast he didn’t have time to react. We have used fsd forever and I am a big supporter but this needs to be paused.

@UTJazzfan1 @wholemars Yes it 100 percent a bug. Driving 4 hours and have to keep hand on wheel at all times. Also have a model y same exact issue all happened after 14.2.2 update. Been using fsd since safety score says, not a driver issue.

@cnlinkcnlink @DBurkland Yes, I just tried that on my model x and y no luck. I’m assuming the 14.2.2.1 update is the fix. Have to drive 5 hours and haven’t gotten the update yet. Maybe overnight!

@cnlinkcnlink @DBurkland Correct my 2026 Model x prompts me every 45 seconds to put my hands on the wheel. Has not shown the behavior until 2 days ago with the 14.2.2 update. It’s unusable hands free.
