फर्जी खबरे चलाने वाले कथित मीडिया की दुकानों में केवल झूठ बिकने लगा है ।

किसी एक ने भी इस्तीफ़े की प्रति सार्वजनिक नहीं की ।

आख़िर सूत्रो के हवाले से न्यूज चलाना है तो चैनल की दुकान क्यों खोली है।

पहली फ़ोटो अभी की है दूसरी 4 घंटे पहले की है अंतर देखिए कितना झूठ चल रहा है !

अधिकृत जानकारी आने तक प्रतीक्षा करना चाहिए था लेकिन पूरा मीडिया ऐसे झूठे खबरों को चला कर समाज का मीडिया से विश्व समाप्त कर रहा है ।

लो अब मीडिया ने भी बता दी सच्चाई, सुनें @abpnews का खुलासा। श्री चम्पत राय जी मामले का पता चलते ही खुद ही FIR कराने भयंकर गुस्से में 27 मई को ही पहुंच गए थे थाने, पर कौन है वो जिसने FIR नहीं होने दी?

फिर भी चम्पत राय जी नहीं माने और 5 जून को खुद पुलिस को साथ लेकर अनुकल्प मिश्र के घर छापा डलवाया और लाखों रुपए बरामद करवाए, और बैंक के माध्यम से भी पुलिस को बरामद करवाए। इन दस दिनों में चम्पत राय जी ने खुद एक एक चोर को पकड़वाकर लगभग 79.5 लाख तक पुलिस को बरामद करवाए। इसमें से 58 लाख पुलिस ने नगद बरामद किए थे बाकी आरोपियों के बैंक खातों से बरामद किए गए।

और मीडिया ने इसी सन्त को चोर कहने की साजिश की। सच्चे ईमानदार रामभक्त कारसेवक श्री चम्पत राय जी के चरित्रहनन की घटिया साजिश रची गई। कोतवाल को ही जेल भेजने की साजिश की। अपनी क्षमता में सब कुछ प्रक्रिया अपनाने के बाद किसी ने विपक्ष से साजिश करके उनकी साधुता को निशाना बनाया गया।

आज मीडिया भी बता रहा है। अगर यह झूठ हो तो पुलिस से खण्डन करवाएं कि चम्पत राय जी ने ही सबसे पहले कार्यवाही करवाई की नहीं? FIR कराने गए थे नहीं? चम्पत राय के कहने पर ही संदिग्ध पकड़े गए कि नहीं ? चम्पत जी ने चोरों से चोरी का एक एक रुपया पुलिस को बरामद करवाया कि नहीं? यह 5 जून के CCTV फुटेज से साफ हो चुका है।

पर सुनियोजित षड्यन्त्र करके राम मंदिर निर्माता चम्पत राय जी को फंसाया गया, दुष्प्रचार किया गया।

चम्पत राय जी को बलि का बकरा बनाने वालों की एक एक पोल शीघ्र ही खुलेगी।

AYODHYA BAR RESOLUTION VIOLATES CONSTITUTIONAL PRINCIPLES AND PROFESSIONAL ETHICS
o We have seen some reports that the Ayodhya Bar Association has passed a resolution that no Advocate shall appear for the persons accused in the theft of chadava money of Ram Janmbhumi Temple.
o The Bar has also declared a fine of Rs. 5,00,000/- upon an advocate appearing in these matters.
o The Hon’ble Supreme Court of India has examined the question whether an Advocate can decline to accept a brief where a client is ready to pay his fees and the matter is in a Court where the advocate usually appears (A.S. Mohammed Rafi, 2011)
o The Hon’ble Supreme Court noticed that “the Bar Association of Coimbatore passed a resolution that no member of the Coimbatore Bar will defend the accused policemen in the criminal case against them in this case.”
o The Hon’ble Supreme Court further noticed that:
“Several Bar Association all over India, whether High Court Bar Associations or District Court Bar Associations have passed resolutions that they will not defend a particular person or persons in a particular criminal case. Sometimes there are clashes between policemen and lawyers, and the Bar Association passes a resolution that no one will defend the policemen in the criminal case in court. Similarly, sometimes the Bar Association passes a resolution that they will not defend a person who is alleged to be a terrorist or a person accused of a brutal or heinous crime or involved in a rape case.”
o The Hon’ble Supreme Court considered this to be “a matter of great legal and constitutional importance which has caused us deep distress in this case.”
o The Supreme Court held that
“In our opinion, such resolutions are wholly illegal, against all traditions of the bar, and against professional ethics. Every person, however, wicked, depraved, vile, degenerate, perverted, loathsome, execrable, vicious or repulsive he may be regarded by society has a right to be defended in a court of law and correspondingly it is the duty of the lawyer to defend him.”
o Article 21 of the Constitution of Bharat reads,
“No person who is arrested shall be detained in custody without being informed, as soon as may be, of the grounds for which arrest nor shall he be denied the right to consult, and to be defended by, a legal practitioner of his choice.”
o Chapter II of the Rules framed by the Bar Council of India states about 'Standards of Professional Conduct and Etiquette', as follows:
“An advocate is bound to accept any brief in the Courts or Tribunals or before any other authorities in or before which he proposes to practice at a fee consistent with his standing at the Bar and the nature of the case. Special circumstances may justify his refusal to accept a particular brief.”
o Professional ethics requires that a lawyer cannot refuse a brief, provided a client is willing to pay his fee, and the lawyer is not otherwise engaged. Hence, the action of any Bar Association in passing such a resolution that none of its members will appear for a particular accused, whether on the ground that he is a policeman or on the ground that he is a suspected terrorist, rapist, mass murderer, etc. is against all norms of the Constitution, the Statute and professional ethics. It is against the great traditions of the Bar which has always stood up for defending persons accused for a crime. Such a resolution is, in fact, a disgrace to the legal community.
o The Supreme Court declared “that all such resolutions of Bar Associations in India are null and void and the right-minded lawyers should ignore and defy such resolutions if they want democracy and rule of law to be upheld in this country. It is the duty of a lawyer to defend no matter what the consequences, and a lawyer who refuses to do so is not following the message of the Gita.”
o The Supreme Court directed that,
“The Registry of this Court will circulate copies of this judgment/order to all High Court Bar Associations and State Bar Councils in India. The High Court Bar Associations are requested to circulate the judgment/order to all the District Court Bar Associations in their States/Union territories.”
o I have no sympathy with any person accused of the heinous offence of chadava chori in the Ram Janmbhumi Mandir. We would earnestly press that the investigation is quickly completed, the matter tried in a fast-track Court and the guilty persons go behind the bars, say within 04 – 05 months from now. However, this does not persuade me to support a position that is both unethical and unlawful.
o I would hope that the Ayodhya Bar Association shall consider the Judgment.

मैंने आज तक ये वीडियो पब्लिक नहीं किया किंतु इस झूठ का पर्दाफाश करने का मेरे पास कोई और तरीका नहीं था ।
देश की वित्त मंत्री का कुछ दिनों पहले दौरा हुआ था तब चंपत राय जी एक एक चीज का हिसाब दे रहे थे।
दो दिनों तक साथ दे हमको 400 गार्ड तो नहीं दिखे !
इसका मतलब ये है भारत समाचार कोरी गप्प मार रहा है झूठ बोल रहा है ।
इतना बड़ा झूठ ऐसे रिपोर्ट नहीं हुआ होगा इसके पीछे कोई बड़ा दिमाग़ काम कर रहा है ।
भगवान राम वो भी देखेंगे ।
ये वीडियो लोकेशन डिस्क्लोज नहीं करेगा एक्साक्ट्ली कहाँ का है और डॉक्यूमेंट्री के लिए इसके पार्ट्स देखे थे क्योंकी निर्मला मैम की धर्म के प्रति निष्ठा ने मुझे बहुत प्रभावित किया , काशी तमिल संगमम के बाद से ही ।
