@SparkingFIRENC The key... In my opinion (for whatever that's worth)... It's too have 1 year supply of cash equivalent. You draw from cash during 40% market crash. Better yet is 2 years ( We have about 4-5 yrs). That way you just ride the storm out until markets return to par.

@micahcruise @trappology I just ripped out 600 sq ft (linear ft) of 19 yr old baseboards that were most from mopping and absorbing water upward & transferring to sheetrock. Just replaced and now using paint able caulk above, clear below where it meets floor.
