My Kanto ORA4 speakers from @Headphone_Zone arrived defective - the active speaker never played. Credit: they approved the return same day. Since then, three courier visits and three refusals to take the box. I took a day off work for the first. Can someone get this picked up?

@vijayshekhar Lot of people celebrating the economics here. Worth sitting with what it actually says: people, on demand, priced like compute. That used to be called something else - and we weren't proud of it. Better routing doesn't make it progress.

this is real - i catch it in myself, i don't even fix my own typos anymore because AI will. but then i watch my 7 year old vibe coding. can't write a line of code himself, yet he's building a game and all his energy goes into what the game should be. so maybe it's not easy vs hard - it's whether AI does it for you or just clears the boring parts. one atrophies, the other upskills.

felt this. weekday: my son's computer class is teaching him what a mouse is. weekend: the same kid is vibe coding with me. school says obey the tool, home says make things with it - two instruction sets, one 7-year-old. the curriculum catches up in a decade, he's holding both right now. how do you handle it - shield them from one, or teach them to hold both?
