@ClintFiore In my ideal world I'd be fine with 20% expectation for a really great service, combined with being perfectly fine and not considered rude to give no tips (or just round to nearest €/$) if the service is like in many places here (no greeting, slow, unable to recommend, etc)

Imagine a website with "good deals only" businesses for sale where every deal:

- is valued with a realistic asking price range, with banks pre-approved for financing on them having reviewed their tax returns
- has historical earnings of at least $250K (so no tiny or unprofitable ones, and most 500K-2M EBITDA)
- has complete information easily accessible including 3+ years of financials and a Seller Video Interview
- Sellers all have a legit reason they're wanting/needing to sell, disclosed to you up front

@ClintFiore I don't plan to keep the score even money-wise, kids are different and different passions simply cost different. But we decided with my wife to not sacrifice one child's childhood for the passion of the other. Tennis tournaments were breaking family weekends, so we dropped it.

Everything was happening just inside my head, yet I was sweating and shaking afterwards. I can’t imagine how realistic would this be with Vision Pro

@ClintFiore I wonder if maybe TCAS helped (and if it actually works with traffic on the ground too). Because given RVR 1200ft and time for jet engine to achieve full thrust if previously idle, it’s not very likely they could’ve seen them.

@jsuchal Myslim ze to odflakli este viac. Otec je jediny spolocnik a konatel vo firme. Sme jedina rodina v mojej rodnej obci s danym priezviskom a nik z mojich surodencov sa tak nevola. Tj request do RFO musel vratit jedinu osobu. Aj tak mu to nezapisali ku spolocnikovi.

@ClintFiore @BetterCeo DA-62 is a beast really, pity we have that stupid rule in Europe that GA is excempt of traffic control fees only up to 2 tons MTOW. Diamond makes special “european” version of DA-62 for this reason, but with MTOW identical to DA-42, it makes it hard to justify higher price tag.

@ClintFiore @BetterCeo Depends on a twin, owner of flight school where I rent really loves Diamond DA-42, says it perfectly operates on single engine in any situation. I was considering it, as a DA-20/DA-40 pilot, for my phase 2 if it ever comes to it, though SR-22 seems to fly higher and faster.
