note: you’ll gain some weight back no matter what — as normal people can’t survive each day on one sandwich. the difference between gaining so much weight you’re upset and gaining weight that makes sense, is what diet you go back to.
if you don’t make any lifestyle adjustments, the weight will pile back on tenfold. (because you’ll be eating tenfold. like you were before.)
"i gained double the weight when i got off of ozempic"
yes because you began eating double the food again lmao. on ozempic you're full the entire day after eating one sandwhich, it's quite literally common sense that when you go back to your regular diet (the one that caused you to gain so much weight you wanted to get on ozempic to begin with) instead of creating a healthier and better proportioned diet --- you're going to gain a lot of weight.
why is this being presented like it's shocking or like the ozempic itself is causing this to happen to people lmao.
I think the fact that only 6% of resident physicians would qualify for financial hardship/relief is indicative of a larger problem with the medical school selection process.
Dislocating your knee (always an emergency) and dislocating your knee cap (usually non-emergent) are VERY different injuries and are not interchangeable in conversation. Thanks for coming to my TEDtalk.
