@easyJet Additionally, your call centre was shut so I could not speak to anyone, I was told to speak to someone in the airport and then was just shown out the airport with no colleague to speak to. You dont have a form I can fill out online to complain. Who can I speak to?

@easyJet how do I complain about the horrendous service I have received after you cancelled my flight, app wasnt working to rebook on your service & I had to make my own arrangements after considerable stress and my replacement travel has not been reimbursed???? Terrible service

@easyJet I was on your 18.40 flight on Friday that was cancelled from LDN Gatwick to AMS. I received no info @ the airport and your app / website were broken so I had to book myself alt. travel. I have claimed for this but there is no place to write to explain the situation
