@HDFCBank_Cares Well, your executive has confirmed a 12 complimentary access both domestic and international. I was told 6 international and 8 domestic by my relationship manager. Seems like nothing's satnds good and you just share information from your website.

@redBus_in I had a ticket booked for today, from Allepey to Bangalore, but owing to the floods the bus operator cancelled the bus this morning.I have not received any confirmation to my emails to RedBus regarding this.What is the best way to reach you to initiate a refund?
@redBus_in Ticket number 6639357364. Ticket got wrongly booked for today instead of 18th May. I am unable to cancel from the app, nor is the bus provider able to help. Really need help here. I'd want to take the same bus on 18 or 19th May
