A father takes his son on an incredible journey inside the human digestive system. What an extraordinary look at the complexity of the human body.
Watching this reminds us of the greatness and wisdom of Allah ﷻ. Every organ, every process and every detail works with perfect precision. Truly, in the creation of man are signs for those who reflect.
SubhanAllah. 🤲🏽❤️
Shaykh Aboto (may Allah forgive him and grant him jannah) spoke on the prohibiting of kneeling, genufkecring and prostrating as a form of worship in Islaam.
The first time I saw this proof was in a mathematics competition in 2011/2012 when one Ajumoni Secondary School student said he could prove 0/0 = 2. This image shows the way he did it.
This guy won the competition o 😅. A government school student winning private school students.
I learnt it that day. Kudos to him wherever he is. I can’t remember his name again.
A student of Babs Fafunwa Millennium School, Alli Fatima Oyinkansola, delivered a heartwarming speech on the impact of using indigenous languages to teach at the 24th Babs Fafunwa Annual Symposium, chaired by Governor @alexottiofr, Dr Alex Otti of Abia State, at Muson Centre, Onikan, yesterday.

I have been tagged on this Prof Alaro video on X countless times today. People already know my stand on this Dangote IPO. I have written several posts on it. I have even published a whole article breaking down how the scholars arrived at these screening percentages and the Fiqh justifications backing them up.
Many brothers have also forwarded Dr. Sharafadeen’s Fatwa declaring it impermissible. It is very normal for scholars to disagree. But let it be clear that I saw one of them who insinuated that Dr. Sharof isn't an expert. That is a ridiculous statement to make. He is highly grounded.
Those who disagree with the IPO are looking at the foundational ruling of Riba and choosing the strictest path of caution.
But I still want to address those screaming “Riba is Riba” and any fraction of it makes a company haram. You need to understand that the scholars who approved this did not wake up and decide to legalize interest.
The approval is rooted in the clear establishment of Hajjah, which translates to a pressing public need.
I want you to liken this modern screening process to the classical concepts of Muzabanah and Bay' al-Araya. We know that Muzabanah is prohibited. You cannot exchange dry dates in your hand for fresh dates still on the tree. It triggers Riba al-Fadl. The rule is black and white.
Yet the Prophet created a specific window. He permitted Bay' al-Araya. He allowed families who lacked cash to make this prohibited trade, capped at a strict threshold of 5 Awsuq.
Why did he allow an exception to a transaction that borders on Riba? Because of Hajjah. The strict ruling was relaxed up to a defined limit to solve a severe economic need for the people.
This is the jurisprudential tongue Prof Alaro and the Shariah boards are speaking. Finding a big industrial conglomerate with zero conventional debt in the modern capitalist system is practically impossible.
If you maintain a zero tolerance policy, you lock the entire Muslim population out of the global equity market.
Even within strict scholarly circles, there are nuances. I found an audio fatwa of Sheikh Uthaymeen discussing a company with elements of riba, where he noted "لكن تحريم ما يحرم، لا بأس أن تشارك" under specific contexts. This shows that navigating modern corporate structures and Islamic finance is rarely a flat yes or no.
To solve this Hajjah, the scholars established a threshold. They treated the 30 percent debt limit the same way the Prophet treated the 5 Awsuq. It is a calculated, limited concession for the economic survival of the Ummah.
You are entirely free to follow the strict view. But you cannot say the scholars who approved it do not know what they are doing.
Allah knows best.

This article describes the structures that protect the human brain in great detail
1. How is the brain protected?
The human brain is one of the most important organs in the body, so it is protected by many layers.
1. Skull
The brain is protected by a strong outer shell of bone.
It protects it from shock and pressure.
2. Meninges
There are three layers that cover the brain and spinal cord.
• Dura Mater
The outermost layer is very tough.
It stabilizes the brain and protects it from damage.
• Arachnoid Mater
The middle layer is shaped like a spider's web.
Beneath this is a fluid called cerebrospinal fluid (CSF), which acts as a cushion to protect the brain.
• Pia Mater
The innermost layer is directly attached to the surface of the brain.
Contains blood vessels and delivers nutrients and oxygen.
2. “What aspect of the human body amazes you the most?”
The brain’s memory system...
The way the heart works...
The ability of the eye to see...
The body’s ability to repair itself...
People are amazed by things like this.
لَقَدْ خَلَقْنَا الْاِنْسَانَ فِيْۤ اَحْسَنِ تَقْوِيْمٍ ۫﴿۴﴾
(4) Indeed, We created man in the best of forms.
Quran 95:4
For Muslims, the precision and complexity of the human body are things that remind us of Allah’s wisdom and power.
