What a lovely day! Sunshine is making a good attempt to shine ✨

[Isla Buchanan @IslaBuchanan]

@GWRHelp #kudos to your lovely staff with the drinks/snacks trolley on the Paddington to Malvern train this evening. He brightened everyone’s day #greatservice

[Isla Buchanan @IslaBuchanan]

@cunardline how does a #cruise of a lifetime to Australia and New Zealand become a single destination? #BadCustomerService or just poor maintenance that prevented the boat entering #NewZealand waters? Our friends are sooo disappointed

[Isla Buchanan @IslaBuchanan]

@GlenturretRes @DrinkGlenturret Please advise how I can get in contact with you as I have a voucher I am trying to redeem.

No response to voicemail, no response to email, very disappointing for over 2 weeks trying #BadCustomerService

I love the Russian people. That is why I have to tell you the truth. Please watch and share.

Do you remember when you joined Twitter? I do! #MyTwitterAnniversary 13 years, is that unlucky?

[Isla Buchanan @IslaBuchanan]

@HouseOfSlippers 14 days since you acknowledged my return, and still no refund! Very #badcustomerservice
#disappointed

[Isla Buchanan @IslaBuchanan]

@buyagift we have 2 vouchers to have family time but @mercurechester won’t let us book both, despite confirming in writing they would #badcustomerservice #ripoffbritain #help #poorcustomerservice #service #refund

[Isla Buchanan @IslaBuchanan]

@HollandCooper been waiting over a month now for a refund. Chased several times. Very disappointing! Please fix #badcustomerservice

Photographer @SorenSolkaer captures hundreds of thousands of starlings gathered together in a flying formation called a murmuration. Just after sundown, they congregate in flocks until it’s completely dark to evade predators. The Danish call it “black sun” https://t.co/4fThpAQuw3

@Hermesparcels it's now been a week and my #nextdaydelivery is still not there. No contact method is helping and no reasons given. Recipient at home another day just waiting... #badcustomerservice #badservice #botnothelping #contactme #myhermes #unhappycustomer

@trixiepops Sending hugs. Can’t imagine how difficult this must be. ❤️

[Isla Buchanan @IslaBuchanan]

@BritishGasHelp Please let me know how. I’m not yet proficient in Twitter. Thanks

[Isla Buchanan @IslaBuchanan]

@BritishGas
an astounding evening where your online representatives blatantly lied to me when requesting personal details - I hope this is not your normal practice? #badcustomerservice #britishgas #badpractice #badservice #customerservice #really

[Isla Buchanan @IslaBuchanan]

@BritishGasHelp How do I get hold of you Dave? So far 3 of your colleagues have been unhelpful so I’d very much appreciate speaking directly. Thanks
