This has been weighing on me and has taken a toll on my mental health these past couple of weeks as I tried to resolve things directly with the team. But I can’t stay quiet anymore. Here’s the truth about @believeapp from my experience.

We WERE a grant recipient. We received the funds and they launched $NEXUS for us but it was chaos from the start. Delays, wrong metadata, supply not locked properly, and horrible communication.

They promised an announcement, an AMA, and to feature us with other grantees in an upcoming video. Instead, we were ghosted right after launch.

The grant itself was misleading. We received $1,998 and were told it was “one of the higher amounts,” yet they announced the grants alongside a flashy $1M graphic to make it look bigger than it really was.

On a call with @edchucation, he even expressed frustration with the situation, admitting the team lacked organization and communication, and that they were extremely frugal with grants.

I trusted them. They broke it. In crypto, trust is everything and they lost mine.

What’s next for $NEXUS? We’ll be looking to migrate away from the Believe ecosystem. I’ve already been in contact with @MigrateFun and will consider other options, but one way or another we’ll get through this.
