#BREAKING: #TylerMcCain, accused of murdering #NikkiSaeleeMcCain, WILL STAND TRIAL on a murder charge and other charges, the judge ruled today.

Judge Thomas L. Bender announced today that there was enough evidence for Tyler McCain to go to trial at the conclusion of a preliminary hearing that lasted eight days.

The judge said an arraignment in the case will be held on Oct. 7.

Tyler McCain will continue to be held without bail in the Shasta County Jail.
