1. 9-5 work time is not enough
2. Do personal “hobby” projects.
3. In early career, prefer consultancy companies.
4. Prefer small companies over to big corps.

New LLM’s adopting new skills and new open source codebases coming to replace existing startups/companies paid subscriptions. Just like that.
